Tras más de 55 años de exitosa trayectoria, el conjunto humorístico-musical Les Luthiers anuncia su despedida definitiva de los escenarios. Les Luthiers, con el elenco 2019, MÁS TROPIEZOS DE MASTROPIERO se presentará en el MOVISTAR ARENA, el 4 de mayo. MÁS TROPIEZOS DE MASTROPIERO traerá, para los amantes del humor de Les Luthiers, un ramillete de novedades, de risas y carcajadas, que se potenciarán con su proverbial calidad musical. Todo dentro del estilo clásico del conjunto, en el que inteligencia, cultura, refinamiento y elegancia no son obstáculos sino plataformas desde las cuales brindar diversión de calidad a públicos de todas las edades. Habrá, junto a los ya conocidos, nuevos instrumentos informales y muchas nuevas canciones y escenas, a las que se añadirá una corta selección de obras del repertorio tradicional. El espectáculo gira en torno a una supuesta entrevista —culta, aguda, documentada y ejemplificada— al mítico creador de las obras de Les Luthiers, Johann Sebastian Mastropiero. En el transcurso de esa entrevista se rememora, con oportunos ejemplos musicales y escénicos, buena parte de la vida del compositor, desde sus primeros fracasos hasta los más recientes. Los autores de MÁS TROPIEZOS DE MASTROPIERO, son dos de los integrantes "históricos" del grupo, Carlos López Puccio y Jorge Maronna. Además de ellos, el elenco 2019 de Les Luthiers está integrado por Roberto Antier, Tomás Mayer-Wolf, Martín O'Connor y Horacio Tato Turano, y actúan como alternantes Santiago Otero Ramos y Pablo Rabinovich.
